Thank you to the Department of Foreign Affiars and Trade who have awarded TLV with an Australian Aid: Friendship Grant. An Australian Aid: Friendship Grant supports grassroots organisations that make a significant impact in the Indo-Pacific Region and to expand or enhance their international development activities in the region.

In 2016, Timor Leste Vision in Timor Leste began the formal process which will see it established as proper not-for-profit organization under Timor-Leste Laws.

We would like to thank everyone for all their support and for bringing clean water and building toilets for our communities and students.

Timor Leste Vision (TLV) is about to embark on a Sister School Program (SSP) to enhance the development of education in local communities in Timor Leste.

Three of TLV’s scholarship students graduated on 16 December 2015, all from Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ) in Dili. TLV congratulates the students: Florinda Salsinha, Basilio Pereira and Augusta de Deus.

Finally TLV is proud to announce that clean water from 4km pipeline has reached the community. It’s now supplied to 13 distributions point across the village, church and school. The communities are both excited and thankful.

TLV are very pleased with how the water project is progressing. Members of the team visited the village early in July. When they arrived they were overwhelmed by the welcome they received.

Christmas is just around the corner and with the start of a new year comes time to reflect on the achievements of 2014, which would not be possible without your generous support.

The Timor Leste Vision (TLV) team is very excited to announce that one of our Scholarship Program Students Joao de Deus recently graduated from university. Joao de Deus is one of TLV’s original scholarship students.
